The Beaver Street Enterprise Center (BSEC) is a full-service business incubator in northwest Jacksonville, launched in 2001 as an initiative of FreshMinistries with support from the Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation and opened in 2003. It offers below-market office space, hands-on coaching, entrepreneurial workshops, and technical assistance, working with founders from startup through mid-growth, and primarily serves entrepreneurs of color and low-to-moderate-income individuals. It was named Business Incubator of the Year in 2010.
