The St. Petersburg Innovation District is a nonprofit-managed, place-based district on the southeastern edge of downtown St. Pete, established in 2016. Across a roughly 560-acre area it concentrates life science, marine science, health care, and technology organizations - including Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and Orlando Health Bayfront - and supports entrepreneurship through six pillars spanning marine science, life science, data/technology, entrepreneurship, art, and education.
