IGNITE Tallahassee is a business incubator run through the FSU Office of Research that specializes in early-stage, new technology ventures, providing business development expertise, access to funding sources and a network of community partners. It is part of the National Science Foundation's Accelerating Research Translation initiative and is located in Innovation Park. Its stated areas of focus include life sciences, materials sciences, biotech, engineering, quantum science and computing, resiliency and sustainability, and health.

How to engage

Apply online or contact the program directly; applications are reviewed by the IGNITE Leadership Team and Vetting Committee, and applicants not accepted may reapply every six months. Non-resident access is available through the IGNITE Pass program.
